This year can be different.

What would have to be true for this to be your best year yet?

At different points in life, we all feel the need for a fresh start. Maybe it’s the beginning of a new year, a change in seasons, or simply the realization that what you’ve been doing isn’t working.

But how many times have you set goals with the best intentions, only to find yourself slipping back into old patterns? When life hits and motivation fades, it’s easy to feel stuck in the same cycle of frustration.

Hoping things will be different this time won’t make it so. Cranking up the “willpower” dial won’t do it. Buying (another) productivity journal isn’t the answer.

Maybe it’s time for a real fresh start.

Join the Fresh Start Cohort

The Fresh Start Cohort is an online forum with an intentionally small group of men. This is a power-packed, 4-week course designed to help you:

  • Rethink how you form habits

  • Prioritize your calendar to make time for what matters most to you

  • Create a family engagement plan for this season of life

  • Build a recalibration framework to help you stay on target throughout 2025

Sessions are held weekly on Zoom, and recordings will be made available same-day so you can always catch up if needed.

We want men to be able to say:

  • “I have the time for what matters most to me in this season.”

  • “I am intentional about how I’m engaging with my family.”

  • “I know how to get back on track when I get off my rhythms.”

  • “I am living out active habits, not aspirational hopes.”

  • “I’m actually living out the intentions that I want to this year.”

If you’re ready to invest the time and energy to live differently, join the waitlist now to be notified when the next cohort opens.
